We are a new and hungry team with the drive and vision to create real impact.

Though we come from different backgrounds, we share a deep commitment to ethical tech and responsible innovation. Together, we represent a unique blend of identities: Rashid and Wesam are Libyan American brothers and first-generation entrepreneurs, while Bokar brings Nigerien American heritage and strong manufacturing and business experience.

Our collective energy, passion, and purpose fuel TCM Fest’s mission to build a community where justice, identity, innovation, and ethics meet.
